Training in Central Florida means you’re operating in one of the most complex airspace systems in the country. You won’t just practice approaches in a simulator; you’ll do them for real with ATC.
Orlando-Apopka (X04) & Sanford (SFB):
We utilize both towered and non-towered environments to simulate everything from quiet arrivals to high-workload Class C vectors.
The D&J IFR Fleet:
- Piper Warrior & Archer: Our single-engine fleet is fully IFR-equipped with modern navigation and communication systems.
- Technically Advanced Aircraft (TAA): Train on the Garmin G1000 NXi. Mastering the GFC 700 autopilot and glass-cockpit logic now will save you months of frustration when you reach the regionals.
